Mr. Williams concentrates his practice in the representation of clients in real estate matters. Drawing upon two plus decades of diverse experience, including eight years of experience with premiere New York City law firms and eight years as an assistant prosecuting attorney dealing with real estate and business issues, Mr. Williams provides representation on a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Williams offers clients representation, advice and counseling in connection with real estate transactions, commercial leases, unlawful detainer actions, land use planning, zoning, property tax and assessment issues and real estate litigation. Mr. Williams also provides representation in connection with the formation and governance of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures, contracts, business torts, antitrust, insurance, insurance bad faith, and purchase and sale of business enterprises.
